Nautical Escape: Beachfront Condo on Galveston's Seawall

Our fully remodeled condo is located ON SEAWALL BOULEVARD on historic Galveston Island located directly across from the 61st St. Fishing Pier and easy access to the new $24.5 million Babe's Beach. It's close to restaurants and tourist attractions such as The Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn and The Strand. For those last minute items, Walmart is conveniently located within walking distance! Our Nautical Escape is great for family vacations, outings with friends, a romantic couples weekend, business travelers or time alone to just enjoy the peaceful serenity that Galveston has to offer.

*ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS, INCLUDING DAY GUESTS. There is a $500 charge for each unauthorized guest. Please note that there is a surveillance camera outside of the property and all outside activity is monitored. If you show up with more guests than stated in your reservation without 24 hours advanced notice and approval, your reservation will be cancelled and non-refundable. The only people allowed inside the condo are those that are on the original reservation. *Quiet time at the condominium complex is 10:00 p.m. *No Parties or Events *Must be 25 to rent this property. *Absolutely no more than a total of 5 guests, including children. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS. *Check in to the condo is at 4:00 p.m. (You can come earlier and check in at the lobby to get your parking passes, however you cannot get into the condo until 4:00 p.m.) *Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Maids may enter the condo anytime after 11:00 a.m. *NO WEIGHT OVER 100 POUNDS ON THE TOP BUNK. *NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY. A $500 fee will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking. *DO NOT DISCONNECT THE INTERNET/ROUTER *DO NOT COVER THE RING DOORBELL *NO HAIR COLOR OR DYES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. *ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE PROPERTY. THIS IS A NO PET PROPERTY. If you have a CERTIFIED ADA SERVICE ANIMAL you must first let me know: (1) Is the dog a service animal that is required because of a disability? (2) What work or task has your dog been trained to perform? I must register this SERVICE animal with the front desk prior to your check-in. If these guidelines are not adhered to, your reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund issued. There is a $500 cleaning fee if there is any evidence of an unauthorized animal inside of the condo. Please note: Under the ADA and Texas law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow EMOTIONAL SUPPORT animals, only SERVICE animals.

Our cozy condo sleeps 4 adults OR 2 adults and 3 children. The bunk beds are considered "mini-bunks" (30"x72") so they're definitely for those kids 14 years old and under. Let us know if you have any questions! There is a $25 resort fee per car due at check-in. Credit cards are accepted. This resort fee will provide parking for up to 2 vehicles and you will have access to all amenities. If there is a government issued mandatory evacuation of Galveston Island we will issue a 100% refund! Otherwise, be sure to consider travel insurance for your trip!
